Job Duties
- Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant
- Maintain the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively
- Maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant
- Complete basic maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly
- Work on the floor of the restaurant either front of house or back of house once the restaurant opens for the day
