Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to move 15 lbs of force frequently and 20 lbs of force occasionally
- Valid Driver's License
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate necessary equipment
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred
- Basic knowledge of maintenance, cleaning procedures, and repair work
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good time management and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Assist Maintenance Manager with scheduled routines including inspections of the Clubhouse
- Set up and take down tables and chairs for events
- Perform custodial and janitorial duties in the Clubhouse, Pool Venue, and Gatehouse
- Report maintenance needs for buildings, common areas, and physical assets
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, and pressure washing maintenance
- Assist with homeowner property and common area inspections
- Assist Maintenance Manager in scheduling and vendor meetings
