Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in custodial or janitorial roles
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of apartment community interiors and exteriors
- Perform janitorial and custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restocking supplies
- Conduct groundskeeping tasks such as landscaping, debris removal, and maintaining outdoor common areas
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
- Assist with set-up and clean-up for community events
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members to ensure high service standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
