Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate golf cart on property
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property maintenance preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks

Job Duties
- Inspect community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Ensure common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter
- Remove trash from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- Transfer trash to dumpster or storage area
- Clean and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor and routine service requests
- Assist make-ready specialist during apartment turns
- Change locks as per property policy
- Ensure pool area gates comply with safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards and potentially dangerous situations
- Provide respectful customer service and respond to maintenance complaints
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies
- Attend safety meetings and complete required training
- Report accidents and incidents promptly
