Job Requirements

  • Diploma of high school or equivalent
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Ability to climb up to 40 feet
  • Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of touch up painting and cleaning common areas
  • Dependability and teamwork
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Up to one year of housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents, coworkers, and management

Job Duties

  • Keep the community looking pristine by inspecting the property daily and removing litter
  • De-ice walkways and shovel snow to keep pathways safe in winter
  • Keep all common areas clean and well-maintained
  • Assist with light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, caulking, painting, and minor repairs
  • Prepare apartments for new residents by removing trash from vacant units, checking appliances, replacing smoke detector batteries, and ensuring move-in readiness
  • Follow all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and local, state, and federal laws
  • Support special projects to improve the community as needed
