Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in porter, groundskeeping, or janitorial work preferred
- ability to work Thursday-Monday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm
- strong attention to detail
- ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
- good physical condition to perform manual tasks
- reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties
- Clean lobbies, offices, amenity rooms, restrooms, and common areas
- maintain outdoor courtyards, pool/spa spaces, and walkways
- remove trash and maintain dumpsters, compactors, and docks
- clean elevators, stairwells, windows, bike storage, and furnishings
- assist with weekly resident Happy Hour on a rotating schedule
- support maintenance team tasks and report repair needs
- demonstrate safe use of cleaning chemicals and provide excellent hospitality
