- experience in custodial, housekeeping, or apartment maintenance
Job Duties
- clean vacant apartments, boat slip bathrooms, and other assigned common areas to company standards
- maintain surfaces, appliances, furnishings, floors, walls, windows, and bathrooms in vacant apartments
- ensure cleanliness and odor control in trash disposal areas
- clean hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, walkways, stairwells, mailbox areas, carports, models, office, and fitness center to enhance the resident experience
- prepare model units and tour routes daily to ensure quality presentation
- monitor and replace common area lighting for safety
- assist with common area painting as needed
- participate in safety meetings and adhere to company safety protocols
- report any property conditions that may be physical or liability hazards
- perform other duties as required
