Currently, E&S Ring Management is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to join their team at one of their premier apartment communities. The Porter/Groundskeeper is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a proactive approach to property upkeep, and adherence to safety and company policies. Key responsibilities include cleaning vacant apartments, maintaining common areas such as hallways, elevators, and fitness centers, managing odor control in trash disposal zones, and assisting in light maintenance tasks such as painting and replacing lighting.
