Job Requirements
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with the safe use of basic tools and chemicals
- Experience in custodial, housekeeping, or apartment maintenance preferred
- Must be able to climb stairs when accessing resident services or service offices and navigate ladders as needed
- Must be capable of walking the entire property, including steps and steep gangways on docks if applicable
- Requires regular bending, kneeling, and stooping
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds to handle materials and equipment safely
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean vacant apartments, boat slip bathrooms, and other assigned common areas to company standards
- Maintain surfaces, appliances, furnishings, floors, walls, windows, and bathrooms in vacant apartments
- Ensure cleanliness and odor control in trash disposal areas
- Clean hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, walkways, stairwells, mailbox areas, carports, models, office, and fitness center to enhance the resident experience
- Prepare model units and tour routes daily to ensure quality presentation
- Monitor and replace common area lighting for safety
- Assist with common area painting as needed
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to company safety protocols
- Report any property conditions that may be a physical or liability hazard
- Perform other duties as required
