- Interest in developing basic maintenance skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and painting
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the property grounds including landscaping and trash removal
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging positively with residents and responding to their needs
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and painting
- Monitor property conditions to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with property management team to support operational goals
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance maintenance skills
