The role of Porter/Groundskeeper within Price Brothers Management Company is a full-time position based in Garland, TX, with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.35 to $19.85 plus commission. This position is part of the Residential Department and focuses on maintaining the exterior and common areas of residential properties to ensure high standards of appearance and safety. The Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for daily upkeep of property grounds including landscaping, debris removal, and maintaining pools and parking areas. Additionally, this role involves assisting with janitorial tasks such as cleaning vacant units prior to new residents moving in. The position requires someone who can operate mechanical equipment for groundskeeping duties when necessary and who adheres strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
