Job Requirements

Valid driver license
Any other licenses or certifications required by the state

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in janitorial or mechanical role preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to effectively work in both a team and individual environment
Ability to occasionally operate mechanical equipment
Ability to follow thorough instructions provided by supervisor

Job Duties

Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standard
Ensure consistent upkeep of all exterior maintenance and debris disposal
Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping services such as snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance and pool operations
Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move ins
Adhere to the company’s safety programs, policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service and create positive relationships with all residents and fellow team members
