Job Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate

  • Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property maintenance or similar role
  • Ability to handle and maintain tools and equipment safely including hand tools and electric equipment
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
  • Physical capability to stand or walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50lbs
  • Basic painting and repair skills

Job Duties

  • Keep community sparkling clean by sweeping cleaning and removing trash and litter from grounds parking lots pool areas and common spaces
  • Maintain apartment units ensuring they are in top-notch condition for residents
  • Participate in apartment turns and upkeep projects making each space welcoming
  • Perform painting and necessary repairs throughout the property
  • Execute all other duties as assigned
