The Porter/Greeter position within the Service Department at Brownsville Toyota is a full-time role designed for an energetic and organized individual who enjoys working directly with customers and supporting the service team. This position is integral to maintaining smooth operations within the service department by assisting with various tasks including customer greeting, shuttle service, parking vehicles, and acting as a vital communication link within the department. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can quickly learn new responsibilities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers and contribute to team-oriented workflows. Candidates with previous Service Porter or Greeter experience are preferred but not required, as the dealership is willing to provide training for the right individual. This role operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with weekends off, offering a stable schedule and a starting pay rate of $10 per hour.
