Job Duties
- Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using dishwasher equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Assist with trash disposal and recycling
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep and ingredient stocking
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Report maintenance issues and restock cleaning supplies
- Help maintain overall restaurant cleanliness as needed
