Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant maintenance or customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation (if applicable)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Physical ability to perform walking, standing, lifting up to 40 pounds
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Fluency in English
- Positive, service-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and motivate team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with interruptions
- Maintain organized filing systems and office areas
- Valid driver’s license and transportation required (specific to New Orleans)
- Knowledge of the local city and transportation options
- Fluency in English
- Basic technology skills including smartphone and computer usage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Job Duties
- Ensure our property looks exceptional at all times by maintaining cleanliness inside and out
- Follow safety programs and policies to ensure safety of team members and residents
- Communicate effectively with maintenance team and residents regarding concerns, events, and notices
- Assist with operational needs as they arise to ensure efficient property management
- Complete unit-turns for vacated apartments to prepare homes for new residents
- Support resident events by helping set up and take down
- Monitor entrances, exits, and all lobby activity while maintaining visitor and vendor logs
- Manage package room including logging, organizing, and distributing packages
- Document and communicate incidents or accidents to leadership
- Resolve resident problems or dissatisfaction within company policy
- Take maintenance requests and provide access for guests and deliveries as approved
- Offer local area knowledge and lifestyle service accommodations
- Assist in planning and promoting resident social events
- Be proactive in problem-solving and take on additional responsibilities
- Seek leadership opportunities and contribute to company objectives
