The Maintenance Technician role at Culver's in Tallahassee is an essential position focused on ensuring the restaurant’s facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. This position involves coordinating job responsibilities with other opening team members to facilitate smooth opening procedures. The technician is responsible for completing scheduled maintenance tasks on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly in accordance with the maintenance calendar, as well as providing superior maintenance to both the interior and exterior of the restaurant. Duties include maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the building and grounds, assisting with food orders, and managing inventory rotation using the First In-First Out (FIFO) method to monitor shelf life and code dates accurately.
A thorough understanding of all restaurant equipment operations is required, including specialized knowledge in oil filtration and grill maintenance. This role demands dependability, strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and an ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. - Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinates job duties around other opening team members to help ensure efficient preparation for opening
- Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly according to the equipment maintenance calendar
- Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant
- Maintain the appearance of the building and grounds
- Put away or assist with food order, rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage area
- Monitor shelf life and code dates using the First In-First Out method
- Maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant
- Strong knowledge of oil filtration and grill maintenance
