The role available at TRG Management involves providing essential maintenance and cleaning support across various property types. This position requires an individual to uphold the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairways, elevators, restrooms, offices, and outdoor spaces. Responsibilities include cleaning and polishing fixtures and surfaces, replacing light bulbs, and managing waste disposal. Additionally, tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming are part of the daily duties to maintain a pristine environment. This role is vital to the company as it ensures that properties remain attractive and well-maintained, contributing to resident satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess hands-on experience in cleaning and basic maintenance tasks. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and operate heavy equipment, supplemented by a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and current auto insurance as the role may require transporting small equipment or tools on the property. Job Duties
- cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- replacing light bulbs
- cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
- sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office space
- cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
- washing walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels and woodwork
- transporting trash and waste to disposal area and emptying trash and garbage containers
- cutting and trimming grass, if required
- transporting small equipment or tools on property
