Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties
- A high school education or equivalent
- Must have excellent customer service and time management skills
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Ensure all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- Assist with make-ready process of apartment homes by removing trash, painting, and cleaning
- Participate in routine community inspections
- Complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep as directed by Service Manager
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the community areas
- Support team efforts to promote a welcoming environment for residents and visitors
