Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
  • ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • prior experience in property maintenance preferred
  • knowledge of safety and risk-management policies
  • ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • remove trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
  • complete minor and routine service requests
  • assist the make-ready specialist during unit turns
  • change locks following property policy and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
  • distribute notices and communications to residents
  • identify and report hazards to supervisors
  • demonstrate excellent customer service by responding to resident inquiries and complaints
  • comply with safety and risk-management policies by attending safety meetings and completing training
