As a Porter at Kairoi Residential, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our communities. This position is key to creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for both current and prospective residents. Your daily responsibilities will include ensuring that the community grounds, pathways, parking lots, and amenity areas are spotless and inviting. You will also assist with various maintenance tasks such as trash removal, painting, landscaping, and minor repairs to keep our properties in excellent condition.

You will work closely with the Service Manager and other team members to complete routine inspections and groundskeeping duties. Additionally, you may be involved in the make-ready process for apartment homes, helping to prepare them efficiently for new residents.
