The Porter role at Kairoi Residential plays a vital part in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of the community to ensure it remains vibrant, safe, and welcoming for both current residents and prospective tenants. A typical day for a Porter involves cleaning and maintaining various outdoor and indoor community spaces.
