Job Requirements
- at least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties
- a high school education or equivalent
- must have excellent customer service and time management skills
- willingness and desire to learn new skills
- ability to complete background check and drug screening
- possession of valid driver’s license with no major infractions in last 12 months

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas
- assist in make-ready process by removing trash, painting, cleaning, etc.
- perform routine community inspections
- complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs
- carry out irrigation tasks and pool upkeep
- follow directions from service manager
- uphold community appearance standards
