Job Duties
- Ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- Assist with the make-ready process of apartment homes by removing trash, painting, and cleaning
- Participate in routine community inspections
- Complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep as directed by the Service Manager
- Maintain a vibrant, clean, and welcoming community appearance
- Support other maintenance activities as assigned within the multifamily community
- Interact professionally with residents ensuring a positive community experience
