Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be able to read, speak, and write English to communicate with staff and guests
  • ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions
  • must be punctual and dependable
  • must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
  • must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
  • ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette preferred
  • ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
  • ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Job Duties

  • Washes all china, glass, and silverware
  • cleans all equipment, pots, and pans pre, during, and post-event
  • stores all equipment in proper locations
  • sweeps and mops all floors in the kitchen and office areas
  • maintains a clean and safe working environment
  • practices safe work habits and follows all safety policies and regulations
  • transports food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
  • monitors cleaning supply stock levels per venue needs
  • ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly
  • performs and assists with routine inventory of all required stock per area
  • ensures that requisitions are delivered timely
  • assists with deliveries and stocking storeroom and side stations
  • assists members in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
  • fulfills assigned opening and closing duties as assigned by the chef
  • performs other duties as assigned by management
