The role of Porter / Shuttle Driver at Kings Toyota is a vital position within the Service Department, designed to ensure smooth operational flow and exceptional customer experience. The individual in this role is primarily responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within customer areas and throughout the service department. This includes routine cleaning duties, disposal of debris, and ensuring the shop floor remains safe and orderly. During the winter months, the Porter / Shuttle Driver is also tasked with snow removal duties to maintain accessibility and safety around the dealership.

A significant part of the role involves providing shuttle services to customers, which includes safely transporting vehicle owners to and from the dealership as determined by the Service Manager. This requires a valid driver's license, knowledge of the local area, and the ability to drive safely in heavy traffic conditions. Physically, the role demands consistent movement around the dealership, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle other physically intensive tasks.
