Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or related field
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and push up to 75 lbs
- Ability to communicate in English
- Availability to work extended hours, irregular shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must maintain professional appearance according to company standards
Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding and ability to converse in English
- Experience in hospitality or high-volume restaurants
- Possess general knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to write and verbally communicate effectively
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to fellow team members
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to handle fast-paced, busy, and stressful environments
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of branded location at all times
- Sweep all debris from the floor and ensure floors are dry and free of spills
- Collect soiled cups and place them in designated washing area
- Collect and dispose of all debris and trash appropriately, including biohazard spills
- Comply with Department of Health standards and Tao Group Hospitality safety codes
- Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and orderliness of the location
- Report any breakage or damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management
