Job Description

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and more than 50 pounds with assistance
Ability to tolerate harsh weather conditions
Ability and willingness to spend most of the day outdoors
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

Manage vehicle flow in service stalls, service lane, service drive, and service parking lot
Work with service advisors to keep track of key tasks, drive vehicles from service stalls, follow dealership display standards, and field customer requests
Ensure each vehicle has a steering wheel cover and floor mat installed
Confirm customer vehicles are ready for return after service repairs
Remove steering wheel cover and floor mats before service delivery
Clean driveway, sidewalks, and other areas as directed by management
Provide transportation for customers
Maintain alertness to traffic flow in sales and service lots
Follow all company safety policies and procedures and report all accidents to a manager immediately
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company values in interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors
