The group operates 15 stunning dealership locations including major hubs in Pasadena, Arcadia, Thousand Oaks, Ontario, Anaheim Hills, and Loma Linda, offering 12 extraordinary luxury car brands such as Porsche, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Maserati, Jaguar, Land Rover, Hyundai, and Volvo. Rusnak Auto Group prides itself on its commitment to exceptional customer service, aiming to meet and exceed the exquisite tastes and expectations of its clientele while fostering long-term loyalty.
Within this distinguished organization, the Bentley/Rolls-Royce dealership in Pasadena is currently seeking to hire a Porter - Service & Sales. This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about luxury vehicles and eager to advance their careers in the automotive sector. The Porter is essential to the day-to-day operations and overall customer satisfaction, providing critical support in the handling, care, and management of vehicles. Key responsibilities include assisting clients and team members with the receipt, parking, detailing, display, delivery, and return of vehicles. The position demands a high level of professionalism, adherence to safety protocols, and a strong sense of integrity.
The Porter will work closely with the Service Department to ensure vehicles are thoroughly inspected and prepared prior to client delivery, maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and functionality. Responsibilities extend to managing vehicle inventory appearance and performance, replenishing fluids, replacing batteries, and ensuring all dealership vehicles comply with company and governmental regulations regarding documentation and marking. The role also requires the physical upkeep of the dealership premises, including the cleaning of driveways and walkways, and maintaining secure and organized parking lots.
This position demands vigilance in maintaining vehicle security by managing keys appropriately and ensuring all vehicles are locked and windows secured. Candidates must be prepared to work weekends, demonstrating flexibility and dedication. The role is suitable for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess attention to detail, and have a genuine enthusiasm for luxury automotive brands. Rusnak Auto Group prides itself on fostering a professional, friendly, and family-oriented workplace atmosphere where employees are valued and given opportunities for growth and professional development.
Career advancement is strongly supported, with pathways available within this reputable organization. The role offers competitive pay commensurate with experience and skill level, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Employees benefit from health insurance coverage, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as participation in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan and flexible spending accounts. Additional perks include paid time off covering vacation, sick, and holiday pay, parental leave, employee assistance programs, extensive wellness initiatives, and employee discount programs including access to sports games and theme parks.
Safety is a priority; the dealership adheres to the latest health guidelines and provides necessary protective equipment such as face masks and hand sanitizers, along with the use of hospital-grade cleaning products and increased cleaning frequency. The company culture emphasizes teamwork, respect, and continuous communication among management, team leads, and staff, ensuring a collaborative environment geared towards achieving internal and external client satisfaction.
Joining Rusnak Auto Group means becoming part of a dynamic, diverse, and professional community that values integrity, excellence, and service. Whether starting or advancing your career in automotive sales, technical service, or corporate administration, Rusnak provides a platform where employees can thrive and build a rewarding future.
