Job Requirements
- Previous custodian or porter experience in food and beverage or retail preferred
- Open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds including overhead
- Ability to stand or walk for an 8-hour shift excluding breaks
- Some locations require walking up and down stairs

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas including customer spaces, restrooms, and workspaces
- Sweep, mop, and dust floors and sidewalks
- Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, trays, baking tools, and supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bakery displays and equipment
- Empty trash from bathrooms, workstations, and customer areas throughout the day
- Communicate maintenance issues to management
- Restock and organize inventory, assist with deliveries and proper storage
- Support daily operations including light food preparation and packaging
