Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of porter experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic computer and internet knowledge preferred
  • Ability to use resident management software preferred
  • Strong communication and professionalism
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to ongoing education and career development

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
  • High school education or equivalent is preferred
  • Accurately perform basic mathematical functions
  • Beginner computer and internet knowledge preferred
  • Ability to use on-site resident management software preferred
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands
  • Ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth
  • Availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
  • Regular attendance and active participation in company functions and events

Job Duties

  • Responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
  • Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
  • Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
  • Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
  • Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
  • Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
