Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including overnight and weekends
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated responsible reliable and detail-oriented
- Proven compliance with policies and procedures
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours at a time
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or janitorial role is beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented with a good work ethic
Job Duties
- Provide meticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations including cutting grass cleaning pay machine shelters removing debris and trash and installing or moving signage
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Perform all designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition
- Ensure the public image of the parking facilities is consistently excellent
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Follow company policies and safety regulations
