Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including overnight and weekends
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated responsible reliable and detail-oriented
- Proven compliance with policies and procedures
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work outdoors
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or janitorial roles is beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and maintenance
Job Duties
- Provide meticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations including cutting grass cleaning pay machine shelters removing debris and trash and installing or moving signage
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Perform all designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
