The role in question is focused primarily on performing cleaning and building maintenance duties both inside and outside the parking facility. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the location, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position offers a blend of janitorial responsibilities and cross-functional tasks such as parking vehicles, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service. Employees in this role play a vital part in sustaining the day-to-day operations through various essential functions including janitorial work, assisting with facility moves, cleaning windows and vents, performing light bulb changes, and managing waste disposal.

Additionally, depending on the needs of the location, employees may be involved in more dynamic activities such as snow removal using shovels, tractors, or snow blowers, spreading sand and salt during icy conditions, washing vehicles or shuttle buses, and driving shuttle buses or parking cars. This broad spectrum of duties requires flexibility, physical capability, and a readiness to serve customers with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Furthermore, the role may necessitate cashier duties or stepping into customer service positions by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring an overall positive experience.
