Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- unrestricted authorization to work in the US
- willing to submit and pass drug test and background check
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- able to bend, walk through parking lots and garage ramps
- sufficient vision to perform duties
- valid driver's license if driving is required
- able to pass a driving record check
- must submit application through company website
- willingness to work in various locations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- prior experience in cleaning or general maintenance
- customer service industry experience
- ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- positive and professional attitude
- strong communication skills
- excellent dependability and time management

Job Duties
- perform janitorial duties using proper equipment and safety precautions
- assist with facility or office equipment moves and meeting set-ups
- clean windows, vents, fixtures, walkways, steps, and restrooms
- change light bulbs as needed
- push dumpsters to trash collection area safely
- remove snow and apply sand or salt during icy conditions
- wash cars or shuttle buses when needed
- park or valet cars and drive shuttle buses if required
- perform cashier duties and provide customer service support
