TravelCenters of America is currently seeking dedicated Customer Service Attendants to join its store teams. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of TA’s facilities to ensure customers experience a welcoming and sanitary environment during their visit. From Grab 'N Go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, to maintenance supplies and gifts, TA offers an extensive product selection aimed at catering to every traveler’s needs. The Customer Service Attendant will be responsible for upholding TA’s cleanliness standards, thereby contributing directly to the positive experience of millions of guests who rely on TA every day. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a lively, trusting, and fun environment that emphasizes excellent customer service and teamwork. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cleaning or customer service preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- good communication skills
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
