With locations spanning the country and a corporate headquarters in Westlake, Ohio, TA is driven by a passionate team committed to delivering excellent customer experiences and fostering a strong community of stakeholders. The Customer Service Attendant role at TA embodies the company’s dedication to creating a welcoming and clean environment for every traveler. Team members in this position enjoy comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) plans with company match, paid vacation and holidays, tuition reimbursement, on-site meal discounts, and various discounts on technology, travel, food, and fuel. TA prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer, embracing diversity and individuality to serve a broad spectrum of customers and team members. The company's commitment to accessibility is demonstrated by its reasonable accommodation policy to support individuals with disabilities throughout the hiring process and employment.

Environmental considerations in the Customer Service Attendant position include exposure to outdoor conditions across all seasons and potential contact with cleaning chemicals, dirt, grease, and noise. The role involves physical activity such as standing, walking, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and the use of cleaning equipment. TA prioritizes workplace safety and provides appropriate protective equipment, ensuring team members can perform their duties with minimal risk.

By ensuring a clean and safe environment, this position directly contributes to TA's mission of returning every traveler to the road better than they came.
