The Customer Service Attendant role at TA is pivotal in maintaining an exceptional experience for customers by ensuring clean, sanitary, and welcoming facilities. The one-stop shopping experience offered at TA’s travel centers includes a wide range of name-brand products, Grab ‘N Go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, maintenance supplies, clothing, and gifts. The attendant plays a key role in upholding these standards by keeping the facility in top condition according to TA’s established protocols. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
  • Ability to follow safety and security procedures
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays
