Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, bend over, crouch, crawl, and climb occasionally
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must adhere to safety and security policies
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good vision capabilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Willingness to wear protective gear and follow workplace safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is advantageous
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the facility as directed to maintain a sanitary environment
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures
- Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
- Monitor and report potentially unsafe situations and take corrective action
- Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each assignment
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
