Job Requirements
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Full range of motion with upper and lower body including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
- Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
- Ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
- Capability to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Part-time employment status
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, and/or general maintenance or janitorial experience
- Working knowledge of basic interior and exterior maintenance, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- Basic computer skills and knowledge required to perform job functions
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and common areas of the property, including interior common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable
- Maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
- Organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- Post notices to vacate and other community communications if applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
