Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Physical ability to perform maintenance and groundskeeping tasks
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Must comply with company policies and safety standards
  • Ability to manage inventory and equipment care

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in property management or customer service is an asset
  • Ability to handle resident inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance and groundskeeping
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and Fair Housing regulations beneficial
  • Reliable and organized
  • Flexible availability including weekends

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service
  • Handle resident issues efficiently maintaining professionalism
  • Deliver notices to residents as directed
  • Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents or property
  • Maintain physical appearance of building and grounds as assigned by management
  • Assist with building maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping
  • Prepare and touch up vacant units for occupancy
  • Move heavy equipment such as dumpsters and appliances
  • Manage care, maintenance, and inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Adhere to company policies, OSHA standards and Fair Housing rules
  • Complete assigned training
  • Attend staff meetings as required
