Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or property management preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Physical ability to perform maintenance and groundskeeping tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must comply with company policies and safety standards
- Ability to manage inventory and equipment care
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in property management or customer service is an asset
- Ability to handle resident inquiries and complaints professionally
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and groundskeeping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and Fair Housing regulations beneficial
- Reliable and organized
- Flexible availability including weekends
Job Duties
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service
- Handle resident issues efficiently maintaining professionalism
- Deliver notices to residents as directed
- Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents or property
- Maintain physical appearance of building and grounds as assigned by management
- Assist with building maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping
- Prepare and touch up vacant units for occupancy
- Move heavy equipment such as dumpsters and appliances
- Manage care, maintenance, and inventory of supplies and equipment
- Adhere to company policies, OSHA standards and Fair Housing rules
- Complete assigned training
- Attend staff meetings as required
