Job Requirements
- Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent required
- three or more years of relevant cleaning service experience required
- ability to read, write and follow instructions required
- must be detail-oriented and a team player
- early morning and daytime availability required
- strong sense of urgency required
- effective time management skills required
- knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards required
- critical thinking and decision-making skills required
- high school diploma required
- tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms required.

Job Duties
- Perform table maintenance duties according to HOB service standards
- Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to HOB service standards
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
- Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating throughout the work area during shifts
- Keep floors neat, clean and free of food, trash and obstacles during shifts
- Clean spills immediately and use floor signs to caution guests and staff
- Operate trash compactor according to procedures
- Separate recyclables according to local codes
- Stamp table paper with Music Hall advertisement according to venue policy
- Turn all lost and found items into manager on duty
- Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by manager on duty
- Assist other employees as needed
- Clean and dust all areas of venue
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean and maintain restrooms
- Refill toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary napkins and soap dispensers
- Clean and polish hardware such as doors, woodwork, door handles, kick plates, metal handrails, cigarette urns, and drinking fountains
- Vacuum and spot clean rugs
- Replace burned-out light bulbs or report to supervisor
- Maintain service rooms and storage areas clean and orderly
- Maintain adequate supply of cleaning materials and equipment
- Use cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, squeegees, cloths, sponges, pails, brushes, vacuum cleaners
- Remove trash from wastepaper baskets and containers and clean area afterward
- Report repairs and safety hazards to supervisor
- Observe safety standards and practices
- Perform related duties as assigned.
