Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- Basic computer skills required
- Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Capable of physically demanding tasks including lifting over 100 pounds
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and on-call emergencies
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Understanding of OSHA safety requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds, buildings, and community common areas
- Respond to resident and management requests and complete work orders
- Inspect property regularly to identify and correct hazardous conditions
- Assist in preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain an organized and stocked maintenance shop
- Participate in unit inspections
- Enforce community policies and project a positive community image
