Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • Capable of physically demanding tasks including lifting over 100 pounds
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and on-call emergencies
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills with ability to perform on-site software functions
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
  • Understanding of OSHA safety requirements
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of grounds, buildings, and community common areas
  • Respond to resident and management requests and complete work orders
  • Inspect property regularly to identify and correct hazardous conditions
  • Assist in preventative maintenance programs
  • Maintain an organized and stocked maintenance shop
  • Participate in unit inspections
  • Enforce community policies and project a positive community image
