Job Description
Monsieur Dior is a distinguished luxury dining establishment located in the heart of the iconic Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California. This exclusive restaurant is operated by Delaware North's Patina Group, a renowned global hospitality company with over 100 years of history, known for providing exceptional experiences across sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hotels, and restaurants worldwide. Monsieur Dior represents an extraordinary collaboration between the esteemed fashion house Dior and the three-Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn. Inspired by Dior's rich legacy of haute couture and cinematic storytelling, the restaurant presents an à la carte menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients with artistic presentation. The dishes are thoughtfully themed around influential fashion moments and diverse cultural references, offering guests a unique and elegant dining experience characterized by meticulously crafted cuisine and impeccable service in an upscale atmosphere.
Joining Monsieur Dior as a Porter offers a compelling opportunity to be part of an elite team within a vibrant, fast-paced hospitality environment. The role supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations by ensuring the seamless receipt, maintenance, and storage of restaurant supplies and equipment. The Porter plays a pivotal role in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, supporting other kitchen roles as needed, and facilitating smooth service flow through effective communication with chefs and service staff. The position is offered on a full-time or part-time basis with a competitive hourly wage of $20.00. Team members at Delaware North enjoy comprehensive benefits, including weekly pay, training and development programs, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible employees may also access health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacations and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.
Working as a Porter at Monsieur Dior is more than just a job; it is a chance to grow and develop your career in an environment that values respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence. The Porter ensures that kitchen areas, dishwashing stations, and equipment are sanitized and impeccably maintained to meet health and safety standards, assists with kitchen prep and stocking, manages inventory with care, and upholds the brand's elegance and high standards even behind the scenes. Candidates seeking this role should possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, lifting heavy loads, and working efficiently under pressure. This position is ideal for individuals looking to thrive in a dynamic team-oriented workplace that honors a global legacy of hospitality and offers multiple pathways for personal and professional advancement.
