Job Requirements
- Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
- 1+ years of general maintenance and cleaning experience
- Basic computer knowledge, including the ability to use email and work order systems
- Must have the ability to complete required safety classes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Personal hand tools are a plus
- Must be able to pass drug test and FBI/BCI background checks
- Must be able to pass sanctions checks for working in health care facilities
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide cleaning and light maintenance on all unit turns at multiple locations
- Take responsibility for the unit's appearance and functionality
- Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality
- Help with installation and repairs of equipment
- Utilize CMMS work order systems
- Emptying and removing waste from waste baskets as needed and directed
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Sweep and mop floors, vacuum and clean carpets
- Clean and replenish supplies in restrooms
- Transport tools and materials between sites or departments
- Perform all other duties as assigned
