Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be capable of simple and fine motor hand manipulations
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Job Duties
- Move and park vehicles in designated areas in an organized and safe manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, service bays, and customer waiting areas
- Perform basic vehicle checks, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels
- Assist with vehicle deliveries, including preparing vehicles for delivery and ensuring they are presented in pristine condition
- Support the service team by retrieving vehicles for customers, transporting vehicles to and from service areas, and assisting with other tasks as needed
- Conduct minor vehicle maintenance tasks, such as washing and vacuuming vehicles
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing courteous and prompt service
