Job Requirements

  • ability to pass pre-employment testing including background check, MVR, drug test, and credit report

Job Duties

  • Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude
  • answer customer questions and direct them appropriately
  • determine if customers have appointments
  • record customer and vehicle details including VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage
  • control service traffic flow and parking
  • assist with loaner vehicles as needed
  • park vehicles after service write-up
  • drive safely and report any lot damage immediately
  • retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up and thank customers
  • install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags in vehicles
  • deliver keys and repair order documents to service advisors promptly
  • maintain a clean and safe service drive area free of trash, water, leaves, and dirt
  • drive vehicles between service lanes, stalls, and parking lot as needed
  • make key tags for vehicles
  • maintain a professional appearance
  • follow all company safety policies and report accidents immediately
  • perform other duties as assigned
