Job Requirements

  • 21 or older
  • Ability to bend, kneel, stand for extended periods
  • Ability to move quickly and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Good legible handwriting
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must adhere to company dress and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of English
  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge, preferred
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Positive and professional attitude with strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry environment

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of the branded location at all times
  • Sweep all debris and ensure floors are dry and free of spills
  • Collect soiled cups and place them in the back of the house to be washed
  • Collect and dispose of all debris and trash appropriately
  • Clear and clean any biohazard spills promptly
  • Anticipate and accommodate team members and guests needs
  • Provide help, training, and support to all team members
  • Possess general knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • Comply with Department of Health standards and safety codes
  • Report breakage and damage of equipment or furniture to management
  • Remove and store garbage, dirty serviceware, and linens properly
  • Ensure all walkways are swept, mopped, and clear
  • Proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Setup sanitation areas, perform side-work and opening/closing duties
  • Attend daily pre-service meetings and participate in training
  • Portray a positive and professional attitude
  • Work as part of a team and assist with additional tasks as assigned
