Job Requirements
- 21 or older
- Ability to bend, kneel, stand for extended periods
- Ability to move quickly and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Good legible handwriting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must adhere to company dress and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding of English
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge, preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety standards
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Positive and professional attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Understanding of the hospitality industry environment
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the branded location at all times
- Sweep all debris and ensure floors are dry and free of spills
- Collect soiled cups and place them in the back of the house to be washed
- Collect and dispose of all debris and trash appropriately
- Clear and clean any biohazard spills promptly
- Anticipate and accommodate team members and guests needs
- Provide help, training, and support to all team members
- Possess general knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Comply with Department of Health standards and safety codes
- Report breakage and damage of equipment or furniture to management
- Remove and store garbage, dirty serviceware, and linens properly
- Ensure all walkways are swept, mopped, and clear
- Proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Setup sanitation areas, perform side-work and opening/closing duties
- Attend daily pre-service meetings and participate in training
- Portray a positive and professional attitude
- Work as part of a team and assist with additional tasks as assigned
