Job Requirements
- Ability to ascend/descend a ladder to complete various maintenance tasks
- Ability to position self to install equipment in fixed spaces and at awkward angles in a repetitive manner and/or extended periods of time
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor spaces, with and without covering
- Ability to move throughout the property as needed
- Ability to transport boxes and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
- Ability to communicate with other persons in the building
- Ability to observe details in surrounding areas and on a screen
