The Porter role at Sentral is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall aesthetic of Sentral’s residential communities. This in-person position, based in downtown Los Angeles, CA, operates on a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and involves a rotating on-call schedule. The Porter will be responsible for daily cleaning activities including common areas such as fitness centers, community lounges, rooftops, and pool lounges, as well as vacant apartments and exterior areas. Responsibilities also include minor repairs and building maintenance, ensuring that the environment remains welcoming and safe for residents and staff alike.
