As a family-owned business with global operations, Delaware North emphasizes a culture centered on people, offering unique career growth opportunities in hospitality, ranging from sports and gaming to retail and hotel services.

Delaware North is currently hiring seasonal Porters to join its dynamic team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role is a perfect fit for individuals seeking a fast-paced, energetic environment that rewards motivation and effort. The Porter is fundamentally responsible for processing incoming stock, completing orders for delivery or pickup, and conducting inventory management and quality control. Working as a Porter at Delaware North provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality operations, with the potential for advancement and skills development.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00. Seasonal Porters will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the venue by assisting in the delivery of food, beverage, and other products throughout the site, ensuring ample inventory levels, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. The work environment may require physical activity such as lifting up to 165 pounds and operating in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures depending on the season. Shifts are flexible, including evenings, days, weekends, holidays, and event-driven schedules.

Working at Delaware North comes with comprehensive benefits designed to support team members' personal and professional well-being. These benefits include weekly pay, employee discounts, training and development opportunities, and flexible work schedules. Eligible employees can also access health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental leave, assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursements. Beyond tangible benefits, employees join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing thriving career paths.

Delaware North is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. Applicants are considered fairly and without discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected categories.
