The position reports directly to the General Manager and involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the club, both inside and immediately outside of the facility. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with strong reading and writing skills to effectively follow guidelines and communicate within the team. Core responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks guided by checklists provided by management, ensuring both the interior and exterior of the gym are spotless and inviting. Additionally, the role may require assisting with member and guest services, reinforcing the overall customer-oriented culture that Crunch Fitness prides itself on.
