Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- ability to write and verbally communicate effectively
- ability to move quickly
- ability to push and lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work in environments with varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke
- flexibility to work irregular, extended, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- willingness to attend all scheduled training sessions and meetings
- maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards

Job Duties
- Anticipate and accommodate the needs of all team members
- ensures the maintenance, general cleanliness, and orderliness of the venue and that walkways are swept, mopped, and clear of debris
- proper storage and removal of garbage and soiled linens
- follow supervisor's instructions, communicate with and support co-workers while being a team player
- possess in-depth knowledge of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, soaps, and supplies
- comply with Department of Health and company sanitation standards
- communicate product needs to chefs and/or purchaser
- properly set-up venue’s sanitation areas, perform side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management
- stock station with prescribed supplies
- perform opening side-work as prescribed
- perform closing side-work as prescribed
- report all breakage, and damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management
- attend and participate in daily pre-service meetings and training sessions
- portray a positive and professional attitude
- demonstrate knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality, its partners, and supporting hotel environments
- work as part of a team and provide help and support to all fellow team members
- assist and/or complete additional tasks as assigned
