Additionally, porters assist in preparing apartments for new residents by managing trash removal, cleaning, and ensuring the units meet move-in ready standards.

Job Duties

  • Ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
  • Help with the make-ready process of apartment homes by removing trash, painting, cleaning, etc.
  • Assist in routine community inspections and complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager
  • Conduct routine trash removal and debris cleanup
  • Participate in maintaining aesthetic standards to promote community appeal
  • Support the service team in completing maintenance requests related to exterior upkeep
  • Attend necessary training sessions to develop skills and knowledge
